OVS has conducted change management training from 16th to 18th of February 2024. In total 11(4F) OVS team and victim partners senior team participated the training. Of which 9 (4F) of them were from OVS staff and 2(1F) from Hormud Girls organization and Yateem orphan organization. In addition to this the team took leadership and management modules under this training.
